Our agile agenda delivers value at all stages of a project lifecycle

Agile processes and agile philosophies are all about being able to adapt with business needs. Being able to quickly change direction and learn from prototyping, marketing or other real-world stimuli affecting project requirements is fundamental to this concept.

What does this mean in practice?

Our agile agenda focuses on quick wins and incremental development to bring value at all stages of a project lifecycle. Our cloud infrastructure goes hand-in-hand with this mandate. The majority of IT projects have a clear set of core requirements. We collaborate with you to rapidly develop a baseline solution that targets these core objectives. Once a base-line solution is in place, development can continue and evolve with maturing or new requirements as they become apparent.

We adapt our frame-work to meet client needs

We adopt the same principle in evolving our own product framework. We have a clearly defined product roadmap that is reviewed and iterated every few weeks. All developments are built in a modular format and can be appended to existing client services as appropriate.

Although our framework and product roadmap are clearly defined, we are able to bend and adapt to the weight of customer opinion and requirements. These influences might include technology, client specifications, external systems integration and legislation, but would not require us to re-evaluate or rework existing solutions.
